Moving Ebooks between Accounts
You cannot move Puzzazz ebooks between Puzzazz accounts.
However, if you have purchased a Puzzazz ebook through another company and the email address you are using with the other company is not the same as the email address you use with Puzzazz, you can use the changeemailaddress tool on our web site to move the ebook.
In this case, the other company will have given you a URL that starts with http://puzzazz.com/changeemailaddress… Use that link and follow the instructions to move your copy of the ebook to your Puzzazz account.
When you update the email address for an ebook, it can take up to five minutes for the book to appear in the Puzzazz app. If you leave the app and then resume it, it should synchronize with our server at that time and update more quickly.
